Trusty steed.
I went surfing for the first time Friday afternoon. My friend Paolina loaned me this board to use, and while I didn't embarrass myself too much, I didn't even attempt to stand up. I did catch a few waves in the whitewater and rode 'em in on my stomach, though. That was cool.

Happy Hour.
The RPA happy hour was a bit less than thrilling for me this week. The band/singer (Rue Melo) wasn't bad, but just wasn't my style. The beer was good, however.

Whazzat?
My friend Paolina bought a new Honda Fit. Before she took the car home, I figured we should at least look under the hood to make sure there weren't any obvious things out of place.
