I've grown tired of blogger, and have decided to switch to WordPress. I've got it set up on my other domain at the moment, and would love your feedback.

I've been fooling around on WordPress to see if that's where I want to move and so far, I'm on the fence, although that might be because I'm trying to cheap it and only use the free version. I think if you pay for the upgrade, though, it's a great platform, and Blogger is crap, so ... you know. The new blog looks really good (though I do kind of miss your tiny screaming face in the header).
Hehee... maybe I should figure out how to put my tiny screaming face somewhere on the page.
As for WordPress, I just use the free software and installed it on "my" server - it seems to work really well. The import from blogger was surprisingly smooth, too.
I like it a lot. But I agree, we need your "Aaaaargh" face on there somewhere. The signpost picture is gorgeous though.
can you change the font color there, please? it is a little hard on my eyes. (and it's all about me!)
was it hard to transfer you old blogger entries over or was there an automatic way?
nat: thanks! I dig the sign too... and I'm working on a way to sneak my "OH!" face in somewhere too.
brie: I'll probably make the body text white when I move it here. And yes, the transfer was super-easy. WordPress has a plugin that did it automagically.
